This is an autobiographical travel cookbook. I have been fortunate to travel and live in countries outside the U.S. During those experiences I have made friends I so value, laughed, cried and seen some wondrous sites. I have also experienced some fantastic food. This book in a nod to some of the great dishes I have eaten, or some of the great ingredients that were in these places. If you can't go to any of the countries in this book you will at least get to eat the food. So, forget the passport and pass the wine. Let's go!
